Plans and Pricing

For residential service, we offer 2 simple and easy-to-understand plans. They include Local and Long Distance Calling anywhere in the contiguous 48 States and Canada, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Caller ID, Call Blocking, 911 Calling, 3 Way, Calling, Call Return, Caller ID Block and the ability to manage these features online! In most cases, you can even keep the same number.

The Basic plan's 1000 minutes is usually more than enough for most people. IIf you use more than 1000 minutes in a month, any additional minutes used will be billed to your account at $0.04 per minute. However, if you use your home phone a lot, the Gold+ plan really is unlimited ... unlimited local and long distance in the lower 48 States, Canada and Mexico. 

Installation Costs

We charge $75.00 per line and, as part of your monthly bill, we include usage and maintenance of a 2-line VOIP adapter so that you can continue to use your existing home phones and wiring.  Sign up for CitEscape Internet service and we will bundle the installation for free!
