E-mail Technical Support

Before you start configuring your email client, your email address will first need to be set up on our servers. If you have not done so, please call our office at 320-257-7020 and let us know what you would like your email address and password to be. Once your account has been created on our servers, you will need to remember the following information to set up email in a POP3 or IMAP program, such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird:

Email Address: _____________________  (myusername @ citescape.com)
User Name:________________________  (myusername minus the @citescape.com)
Password:_________________________  (The case sensitive password you were given)
Incoming mail server:   mail.citescape.com  (using STARTTLS/SSL if desired)
Outgoing mail server:  smtp.citescape.com (using STARTTLS/SSL if desired)
